What ShoggothCraft Is
ShoggothCraft is a curation and recommendation service operated by an individual in Italy. We design AI-themed product concepts and connect you with independent artisans worldwide who bring those designs to life.
We are a curator — not a store, not a marketplace, not a retailer. We do not sell products, process payments, hold inventory, or ship anything. Every product listed on this website is made and sold directly by the artisan identified on the product page.
Your Relationship with Us
By using this website, you understand that:
- No purchase happens here. This website provides information, recommendations, and links. When you decide to order a product, you are entering into a transaction directly with the artisan — not with ShoggothCraft.
- We are not a party to your purchase. The agreement for any product is between you and the artisan. ShoggothCraft is not the seller, manufacturer, importer, shipping agent, or payment processor.
- No contract is formed with ShoggothCraft. Browsing this website, clicking links, or reading product information does not create any contractual relationship with ShoggothCraft.
Products and Artisans
All products featured on this website are handcrafted by independent artisans. ShoggothCraft provides creative direction for product designs, but the artisan makes all technical and manufacturing decisions (materials, construction, dimensions, safety). The artisan is the maker and the seller.
- Pricing: The price quoted by each artisan. Prices are presented transparently with full cost breakdowns where available. Published prices are accurate as of the date shown but may change — final pricing is confirmed directly with the artisan at the time of order.
- Multiple artisans per design: Some products can be ordered from more than one artisan, with different pricing, timelines, and craft specialties. You choose your preferred artisan.
- Made to order: Products are handcrafted when you order. Timelines vary by artisan and product complexity.
Ordering
When you click an order link on this website, you will be directed to the artisan's own payment page (typically Stripe, Etsy, or another platform the artisan uses). Your payment goes directly to the artisan. ShoggothCraft does not see, process, or store your payment information.
For custom or modified orders, you may be connected with the artisan via messaging. All communication about your order is between you and the artisan.
What We Are Not Responsible For
ShoggothCraft is not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any product
- The accuracy of any artisan's representations about their products or capabilities
- Delivery timelines, shipping, customs, or import duties
- Payment processing, refunds, or chargebacks
- Any dispute between you and an artisan
If something goes wrong with your order, please contact the artisan directly. We are happy to help mediate if both parties want that, but we have no obligation to do so and accept no liability for the outcome.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShoggothCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this website or any transaction with an artisan. This limitation does not exclude liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Tips and Donations
ShoggothCraft is a zero-margin project. We take nothing from product prices. If you choose to support ShoggothCraft's curation work, you can leave a tip via the methods listed on our Support page. Tips are:
- Entirely voluntary
- Non-refundable
- Not payment for any specific service, product, or benefit
- Not linked to any purchase or recommendation
- Used to sustain the curation mission
Tipping does not create any entitlement, obligation, or special treatment.
Price Transparency
We publish full cost breakdowns for every product where possible. We take zero margin — what the artisan charges is what the customer pays.
Pricing information on this website is provided in good faith based on artisan quotes. Final prices are confirmed at the time of order directly with the artisan and may vary based on customization, shipping destination, or exchange rates.
Third-Party Links
This website contains links to external websites (artisan shops, payment platforms, social media). ShoggothCraft does not control these websites, is not responsible for their content, and does not endorse them beyond our editorial recommendation. Your use of linked websites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Intellectual Property
ShoggothCraft's original website content, product concepts, and creative direction are the property of the service provider. The "Shoggoth" creature concept is from H.P. Lovecraft's public domain fiction.
Product photographs are provided by and remain the property of the respective artisans. You may share links to this website freely. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute website content for commercial purposes without permission.
